Job Summary To lead engineering and maintenance works in the fields of Mechanical equipment and system on site, to achieve continual improvement to system robustness, reliability and efficiency with the necessary guidance and direction from Facilities organization, to achieve facilities department, site, facilities corporate and company goals. Main Responsibilities: Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for Facilities mechanical systems including HVAC, exhaust systems, scrubbers, process cooling water, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, compressed air systems, Fire protection system and cleanroom air systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability Respond and problem solving of system issues and production interruptions to mechanical related systems Plan, design and lead mechanical engineering projects includes new construction, system upgrading and quality improvement Perform capacity tracking and planning for mechanical systems Enforce to company's environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure with risk assessment, good housekeeping standard and quality policy when performing work. Utilize computer base software to document and analyses records of maintenance work order, equipment history and project tracking. Maintain maintenance record for system fault history traceability. Proficient in quality tool such as 8D & 5 WHY analysis for troubleshooting or incidents. Initiate and lead energy savings & sustainability projects. To perform and manage procurement task for the facilities system equipment upkeep Identification and enablement of smart technologies and AI for improvement of managed tasks, i.e.: project tracking, maintenance overviews, budget tracking, etc. Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules. Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
