We are looking for new team members with availability to work according to a rotating roster of weekday, weekend and sleepover shifts. Sleepover shifts commence at 7pm in the evening where you're active on shift until 12am midnight then active again from 8am to 9am the next day. Penalty rates will apply for relevant hours worked. About the programs Wellways delivers the Specialist Residential Rehabilitation Program (SRRP) and Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) programs in partnership with Goulburn Valley Area Mental Health & Wellbeing Service ( GVAMH&WS) . These services operate 24/7 and provides a practical environment that facilitates the maintenance of, and / or the development of skills in the domains of daily living, learning, working, social and health. This program provides clinical and psychosocial support to participants and are underpinned by evidence-based best practice. To be successful in this role, you will need: Relevant qualifications or commensurate experience working in a support role for people with a mental health challenges Demonstrated experience and/or transferable skills & knowledge in working with people with a serious mental health challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Right to work within Australia Current valid Driver's Licence and the ability to undertake some travel NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate Satisfactory National Police Records Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check Why us?
