Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product requirements - Write clear, compelling PRDs that align cross-functional teams and move products from 0 to 1
  • Lead with data and AI - Define and manage AI evaluations (Evals) to measure quality and product readiness. Leverage data to make decisions about the feature.
  • Partner on GTM - Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market messaging, positioning, and launch planning

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of shipping impactful products
  • Deep experience in AI, particularly conversational AI and/or large language models (LLMs)
  • Proven ability to take products from 0 to 1 - you've built new products in ambiguous spaces and know how to navigate the process
  • Strong go-to-market instincts - you understand positioning, messaging, and what it takes to launch successfully
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills - you build trust and alignment with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executives
  • Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or a data-adjacent domain

Requirements

  • Prior software development experience - you can go deep with engineering teams and earn their respect
  • Experience writing or evaluating AI/ML model outputs (Evals, RLHF, red-teaming, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the Tableau or broader Salesforce ecosystem
