Roles & Responsibilities You will be responsible for receiving trucks and special equipment, such as Unicooler and Evirotainer, and coordinating their placement at loading bays in different warehouses. This includes checking documents, assessing transport worthiness, preparing transport documents, and planning dispatches. Your will be responsible for ensuring proper storage of products, maintaining warehouse temperatures as per Good Warehouse Practices (GWP), and recommending schedule adjustments for consignments based on last-week requirements. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance of handling equipment, mapping new products in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and coordinating with various teams for facility upkeep according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. You will be responsible for tracking the validity of Drug Licenses for various entities, ensuring tax registrations are in place, and facilitating compliance with GST and customs regulations. This involves arranging road permits, ensuring shipments are accompanied by required documentation, and adhering to regulatory requirements for specific destinations. You will be responsible for updating and verifying prices in SAP, ensuring cross-verification, and processing orders for the Indian market and country-specific requirements. Additionally, you will handle expenses, reimbursements, and purchase requisition (PR) generation, ensuring accurate verification and allocation in SAP. Your responsibilities include processing claims related to various incidents, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, tracking settlements and stock adjustments in SAP, and managing insurance claims. You will also oversee the processing of claims for international markets and ensure proper documentation. You will be responsible for tracking shipment data from external agencies and operating systems to create visibility of materials for the Indian market and international markets, sensitizing service providers for expedited shipments, and generating MIS reports. You will be responsible for generating various reports for online control of processes, CFT requirements, and MIS purposes. This includes reports on schedule adherence, inventory aging, track and trace, and more. Your role involves coordinating with various entities such as CFAs, stockists, depots, QA, finance, underwriters, marketing and sales teams for different activities like claim management, sample conversion, promotions, campaigns, VIVA, and credit notes. You will be responsible for ensuring that dispatches align with calendared schedules, you will maintain schedule adherence, report any deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) across all nodes in the supply chain. " Education Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operation Management, or a related field. Minimum Experience Required 18-20 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics Skills & attributes Technical Skills Proven experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on transportation, warehouse management, and compliance. Familiarity with SAP and other relevant systems. Strong communication and coordination skills.
