Previous experience in footwear design be able to produce high quality work to targets and tight deadlines have a flair for design with great creativity and imagination be passionate about the fashion industry with knowledge of both major designer brands as well as exciting new brands be able to produce original ideas based on upcoming trends be flexible with the ability to forge a strong branded aesthetic across multiple product categories be confident in presenting your designs formally and informally have practical knowledge and experience of production methods be able to work without supervision but be part of a team have an understanding of Carvela, our collections and the brand Competitive basic salary Pension and life assurance Enviable discounts Gym Discounts Summer Hours - 3pm Friday Finish Half Day, Payday Friday (once per month) RetailTrust support & so much more!
