Responsibilities

Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in a non-profit, community, social service, or faith-based organization.
- Strong strategic planning, operational, people management, and financial management capabilities.
- Good understanding of Singapore's charity governance framework.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Collaborative, mission-driven leadership style with high integrity.
- Culturally sensitive and able to work effectively with diverse communities.
- Passion for and appreciation of Buddhist values and community service.
- Ability to balance tradition with modern organizational practices.
- Familiarity with Buddhist teachings and practices will be an added advantage.
- Working Conditions
- 5-day work week.
- Required to be available on weekends, evenings, and public holidays when needed for religious events and community programs.
