Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Training: Support new partner onboarding and training to ensure agents and managers are confident and effective in representing Achieve's best-in-class backend support.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze enrollment, Quality Assurance, and compliance data to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities that inform coaching strategies executed by senior leadership.
  • Resource Development: Use QA/compliance insights to recommend enhancements to training programs and resources in partnership with Learning & Development.

Requirements

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence partner performance through insights and enablement programs; strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience: Background in sales training, sales enablement, quality assurance, or compliance enablement required; direct sales experience preferred.
  • Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Productivity Suites and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Familiarity with AI-driven Quality Assurance and compliance tools required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 75%.
