Your Day to day As a DevOps Engineer on the Global First Response Team (GFRT), you will be working on: Technical troubleshooting Serve as an initial technical point of contact for complex escalations. You will investigate issues thoroughly in close collaboration with development teams to identify root causes and drive effective solutions. Automation and tooling Identify repetitive investigative tasks and opportunities for improvement. You will help design, build, or enhance automated tools that streamline workflows and improve team efficiency. Driving efficiency Continuously assess existing processes to identify inefficiencies. You will propose, develop, or implement improvements and tooling that help teams work more effectively. Cross-team collaboration Work in an embedded model alongside development teams, acting as a collaborative partner and bridge between engineering and a wide range of technical stakeholders. Incident response leadership Play a key role during incidents, helping coordinate response efforts and guide teams toward resolution in a calm, structured, and supportive manner-especially when circumstances are evolving quickly. .
