Manage E-leave & E-attendance via Info-Tech System, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee's attendance Ability to do General Ledger will be preffered Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc. Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding Responsible for monthly payroll and salary processing Maintenance of proper filing system & employee records Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team
