Responsibilities

Requirements

- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred, particularly with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
- Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and/or EMDR preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- If pre-licensed:
- Eligible for licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Actively pursuing clinical licensure hours.
- Compensation: 70,000 to 80,000 with sign on bonus and relocation assistance!
