Waterjet Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure water jet cleaning systems (up to 150-300 bar depending on application).
• Set up and manage pumps, hoses, reels, filters, and water supply systems.
• Monitor water pressure, flow rate, and system performance during drone cleaning operations.
• Assist drone pilots with hose management and tether operations.
• Prepare equipment before deployment and conduct post-operation maintenance.
• Perform routine inspection of pumps, hoses, nozzles, fittings, and accessories.
• Maintain equipment service records and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Assist with site setup, barricading, and operational safety.
• Support cleaning operations at customer sites across Singapore.

Additional Information

We are looking for a Water Jet Cleaning Operator to support our drone-based industrial cleaning operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating high-pressure water jet equipment, managing the water supply system, assisting drone pilots during cleaning operations, and ensuring safe and efficient field deployment. No prior drone experience is required. Training will be provided.
