Logistics Coordinator

About the role

ALS Geochemistry is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team in Kalgoorlie . Working Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm roster, this full-time position involves working across both our operational site and off-site storage facilities, including transporting samples between locations. The role reports directly to the Section Supervisor Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company HR truck
• Manage a storage facility
• Action the return and disposal of samples in accordance with client agreements
• Update sample locations in the GMS system
• Operate a forklift to unload and load the company truck, move bulk materials, and place pallets in racking systems
• Base Hourly Rate: $50 per hour + superannuation
• The essentials
• A current HR Licence
• Previous warehouse experience (highly regarded)
• Ability to work in a high-throughput, client-focused environment
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to cross-train and adapt to workflow fluctuations and team absences
