Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Demonstrated track record of Six Sigma problem-solving and analytical skills, and of achieving results in similar work or operational environments
• Experience with technology transformation initiatives
• Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing
• 3+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, LEAN/Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives
• Expertise in operational excellence methodologies

Key job responsibilities - Drive operational excellence initiatives to define roadmap plans, develop and manage implementation activities. - Develop documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support. - Establish channels for continuous feedback and improvement across the organization. - Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners, key stakeholders, and team members.
