Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite support for desktop, server, cloud, and network environments

- Experience in server and desktop deployment projects (planning and implementation)
- Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle client challenges professionally

Based in Nelson, as a Systems Engineer covering sites from the West Coast through to Blenheim, you will deliver end-to-end technical support across hardware, software, and infrastructure, including troubleshooting and system configuration. You will be responsible for maintaining reliable performance across desktop, server, cloud, and network environments, ensuring all services meet agreed SLA standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, leading technical initiatives, and supporting and mentoring other engineers. This position requires travel between sites, so flexibility is important. A company vehicle is available for out-of-town travel. Must be a NZ Citizen or hold permanent residency Must have a NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
