  • Base Salary: $70k-90k + Commission

Position Overview Osmo is looking for a Commercial Sales Associate to support growth within our fragrance oil business across fine fragrance, home, and body care. This role is ideal for someone early in their fragrance career who is commercially driven, highly engaging, and eager to grow within a modern fragrance organization. The position will focus on supporting and developing smaller oil accounts while building hands-on experience across fragrance development, client management, and commercial sales. Candidates will work alongside Osmo's fragrance teams while leveraging AI-enabled development tools and platforms that support ideation, trend analysis, and commercialization. We are looking for someone excited by both the craft and future of fragrance. This person should be proactive, curious, and energized by building relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.
