Responsibilities

  • Material Planning & Procurement
  • Execute long ‑ and short ‑ term purchasing plans for raw materials, packaging, labels, and other production components.
  • Manage MRP signals, validate requirements, monitor master data accuracy, and align ordering with production and demand plans.
  • Maintain component availability to achieve service and production continuity targets.
  • Support new product launches, packaging changes, and promotional activities to ensure readiness and OTIF delivery.
  • Replenishment of GFR (Goods for Resale) portfolio, according to demand and stock targets
  • Take part in activities for implementing new GFR items, optimizing portfolio with marketing team
  • Coordinate deliveries with logistic carriers
  • Align with local warehouses on deliveries
  • Supplier & Inventory Management
  • Manage consignment warehouses, Pipe Chain, VMI accounts, min/max settings, and supplier onboarding and training.
  • Track supplier performance (OTIF, capacity, delays), identifying risks and proposing corrective measures.
  • Coordinate artwork approval and packaging transitions, minimizing obsolescence and reducing slow ‑ moving stock.
  • Optimize inventory levels and contribute to root ‑ cause analysis on shortages or overstock.
  • Business Service Excellence & Collaboration
  • Work closely with Planning, Production, Sourcing, Marketing, Commercial, Warehouse, R&D, and Finance.
  • Participate in complaint/quality resolution processes with cross ‑ functional teams.
  • Support invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with AP and suppliers.
  • Provide professional, timely communication to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Systems, Data & Continuos Improvement
  • Maintain purchasing parameters in ERP/SAP and ensure high data accuracy.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend enhancements, and contribute to CI projects.
  • Support regional alignment of Procurement Planning processes and team workload balancing.

Requirements

  • Secondary or higher education; preferred degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related area .
  • Experience in procurement, materials planning, or supply chain; manufacturing/FMCG experience is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Solid understanding of business operations and supply chain flows.

Additional Information

The Procurement Planning Specialist ensures uninterrupted availability of raw materials, packaging, labels, and other components required for production. As Procurement Planning Specialist you will combine operational purchasing, materials planning, supplier coordination, and inventory optimization. You will support execution of production plans, contribute to inventory and service level targets, and ensure efficient material flows, including VMI/consignment solutions, within the supply chain. As part of the GBS Business Support Services team, you will report to the Procurement Planning Team Leader. Your responsibilities will include following defined work instructions, executing tasks with accuracy and timeliness, managing operational escalations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Procurement and Supply Chain. Location: Wrocław, Curie- Skłodowskiej 12 Work model: hybrid (Flexible Fridays)
