Working in partnership with Center leadership and Principal Investigators, the Clinical Program Manager translates strategic priorities into operational plans and supports implementation across the Center. While major clinical, research, and strategic decisions remain the responsibility of Center leadership, this position exercises substantial autonomy in coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting staff performance, leading quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring effective integration across the Center's clinical, research, training, and community-focused activities. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Clinical Services Provide evidence-based early childhood psychotherapy services to children and families. Deliver developmentally informed, relationship-focused interventions. Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Clinical Operations and Multidisciplinary Team Leadership Coordinate day-to-day clinical operations and support efficient service delivery across Hermann Center programs. Provide operational leadership for multidisciplinary teams including therapists, trainees, case management staff, resource navigation personnel, peer support specialists, community program staff, research personnel, and administrative support staff. Facilitate communication and collaboration among clinical, research, educational, and community-facing team members. Monitor program workflows, access, referral processes, documentation standards, and operational expectations. Identify operational barriers and implement solutions that improve efficiency, coordination, and patient experience. Collaborate with Center leadership to implement strategic priorities and operational initiatives. Ensure alignment of team activities with the mission, goals, and quality standards of the Hermann Center and Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Staff Development, Training, and Performance Support Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to clinical and support staff. Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training of new employees. Support professional development and workforce development initiatives. Contribute feedback regarding staff performance, competencies, and professional growth to Center and division leadership. Support learner experiences for students, trainees, fellows, and other educational programs. Promote dissemination and implementation of evidence-based and relationship-focused interventions. Foster a collaborative and psychologically safe work environment that supports employee engagement and retention. Clinical-Research Integration, Quality Improvement, and Program Evaluation Facilitate collaboration between clinical and research teams to support the Center's integrated mission.
