Job Responsibilities: * Take full responsibility for the dailyoperations and management of the restaurant. * Lead the team to provide high-qualityservice and enhance customer satisfaction. * Manage and train the service team,establishing an efficient collaborative mechanism. * Control costs, optimize processes, andensure operational efficiency and profitability. * Handle customer feedback and emergencies,maintaining the brand image. Job Requirements: * Singapore citizen or permanent resident(PR) may apply * Relevant work experience in a high-endChinese restaurant (at least 5 years of management experience preferred) * Familiar with restaurant operationprocesses and service standards * Excellent communication and leadershipskills * Strong sense of responsibility andability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
