Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting and aligning complex organizational directives to ensure absolute compliance with Department of the Navy (DON) and Department of Defense (DOD) information security programs; 2) Leading the end-to-end development, implementation, and review of institutional policies for a comprehensive Classification Management Program; 3) Managing all strategic and operational aspects of a high-profile Foreign Disclosure Program to regulate the release of Critical Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) to foreign nations and international entities; and 4) Achieving and maintaining vital Professional Security Certifications required to validate technical subject matter expertise and enforce risk mitigation protocols across multi-faceted security programs.
