Structural Associate

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).
• More than 8 years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and have good knowledge of design software.
• Good supervision and project management skills.
• Able to work under pressure with good planning, organizational and time management skill.
• Being a Professional Engineer is an advantage.
• Experienced in the design and design management of major geotechnical building works and/or infrastructure works will be an advantage.

- Maintain good client relations. - Work closely with other engineering divisions and external parties. - Participate in the tendering of projects. - Lead in providing engineering solutions and strategy to complex problems. - Provide technical leadership and perform engineering design reviews. - Training and mentoring juniors. - Design management, coordination and project control on major projects. - Perform any other duties as assigned.
