Role Summary The Vice President, Medical Affairs will provide enterprise-level leadership across Lexeo's gene therapy program. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role will set the strategic direction for Medical Affairs, overseeing scientific communications, congress strategy, external expert engagement, medical information, medical evidence generation and medical education. This individual will serve as a senior cross-functional leader and strategic partner to Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Patient Advocacy teams. In this role, they will shape and scale the Medical Affairs function, build organizational capabilities, and drive external scientific leadership in support of Lexeo's development and future commercialization objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and can influence across the organization and external stakeholders.
