Responsibilities

  • Support ad technology, tech integration tests, dynamic [DCO], and omni-channel campaign production efforts across multiple brand teams, geographical locations and products (including new business and new agency tech initiatives)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience, including at least 2 years working at a Creative, AdTech and or Digital Agency
  • Knowledge of digital creative best practices and deliverables
  • Ability to write scalable and modular code to employ multi-variant testing and dynamic creative industry standards.
  • Digital Creative Development (front-end) or relevant ad technology background with 6+ years experience
  • Demonstrated ability to balance campaign objectives and time-to-market requirements without compromising product quality
  • Strong understanding of IAB Standards and Digital Ad Formats & specifications
  • Training and Certifications on PMG required DCO ad serving platforms - primary Google GMP and similar knowledge of Clinch, Celtra, Google GMP (DCM, GWD, DCS), Innovid, Smartly, Jivox, Bannerflow, Google Web Designer
  • Working knowledge of Project Management & DevOps tools like Airtable, JIRA, Smartsheets, Asana, Github
  • Self-starter with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative with the ability to build processes from the ground up and collaborate in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed oriented with the ability support development team through troubleshooting and Quality assurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams)
  • Familiarity working with Creative Assets and Design apps such as the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects)
  • Preferred Skills
  • 2+ years working with internal and third-party APIs [REST, SOAP, JSON] like Open Weather Map or CRM data
  • 1+ years Python experience or comparable programming language
