Job Description: Job description (heading) / Description du poste (titre) Pricing Lead will be responsible for managing the development of new product initiatives and assisting Head of Pricing in any adhocs related to product. Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre ) Proficient in Excel, VBA Macro, AXIS Understand different types of products and profit drivers Have deep understanding of actuarial cashflows and able to quickly connect changes in assumptions with impact to profitability Understand the different needs of distribution Able to manage and lead a team of pricing analysts Able to communicate actuarial results and translate to recommended business decision Good communication skill (verbal and written) in English Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre) Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field 4-7 years of pricing experience Actuarial exam certifications (Associate certification or higher is preferred) Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre) Managing new product initiatives Managing a team of pricing analysts Negotiating with reinsurance Managing queries from Regional Office Assisting Head of Pricing in product-related adhocs Job Category: Actuarial Posting End Date: 24/07/2026
