- The client Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim is one of the largest biotechnology centers in Europe and, in addition to its excellent market positioning, offers an exciting working environment ### Ihre Vorteile: - Annual leave entitlement of 30 days during the assignment - Support throughout the entire application process - Ongoing support during the project by our team - Varied work in a renowned company - Very attractive employee referral bonuses - Pleasant working environment ### Ihre Aufgaben: - Support the implementation, execution, and governance of business processes (Business Process Management) - Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT - Contribute to Data Management and Data Governance initiatives to ensure high data quality - Act as first-level support for business-related system issues and process inquiries - Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities in master data-driven processes - Support the execution of mass data updates (mass changes) in enterprise systems - Analyze and resolve data-related issues to maintain operational efficiency - Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across systems and processes - Track and manage incident resolution, including stakeholder communication and status updates - Drive continuous process improvement (CPI/KVP) across business and data management activities ### Ihre Qualifikationen: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics - Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, IT, Supply Chain, or Regulatory environments - Relevant experience in data- or process-driven roles - Hands-on experience with SAP systems and enterprise data environments - Strong understanding of business processes and data lifecycle management - Knowledge of data quality, data integrity, and compliance requirements - Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data and process-related issues - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - High level of accuracy, reliability, and structured working approach ### Über Hays: Der Bereich IT ist unsere Kernkompetenz, auf deren Grundlage sich Hays entwickelt hat.
