About the role

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering N.E.C. (including construction engineering, construction technology & materials) At least 8 years of experiences (Singapore) in Residential Condo, Factory, Office, Warehouse Project and at least one of the project as a Project Manager. Salary: Up to $18000 Career Progression Opportunities Roles & Responsibilities Study the given project and work up a master program and site facilities planning to meet the contractual schedule. Plan the project budget, quality plan and manpower to meet the project's budget and contract requirements. Lead the staffs on working with client/consultants on the project work scope to achieve a satisfactory quality and workmanship. Work with HQ Respective Departments on the site budget, safety management system and ISO Documentation. Prepare the staff on their given roles/responsibilities and highlight the project objectives and company policies.
