We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our brand-new team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new school and to be part of something truly transformative. The main purpose of the role: Reporting to the School Business Manager, you'll take responsibility for maintaining the school buildings and grounds to the highest standards. From planned maintenance and repairs to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, you'll make sure our site is safe, secure, and fit for purpose for pupils and staff. You'll carry out inspections, manage contractors, and keep accurate records of all maintenance activities. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies. You'll also play a key part in promoting a safe and welcoming environment for everyone on site.
