Responsibilities

  • Financial Operations & Reporting:
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes, including reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Support the accurate setup and maintenance of charge codes, charging structures, and access workflows
  • Stakeholder Support & Issue Resolution:

  • Data Analysis & Insights:
  • Analyze financial trends and KPIs to provide actionable insights to managers and program leads. Use tools such as Costpoint, Excel, and internal forecasting systems to develop data‑driven recommendations
  • Governance, Controls, & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, federal contracting regulations, and internal audit standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness efforts
  • Here's what you need:
  • 1 year of relevant experience in either finance, accounting or business analysis
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting
  • Experience utilizing Excel to create Pivot tables, Look ups and data manipulation techniques
  • The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
