Sales In Training / Truck Team

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales
• Build trust with customers through strong communication and professionalism
• Remove unwanted items from homes and businesses
• Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
• Deliver WOW-level customer service on every job
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items throughout the day
• Keep trucks clean, organized, and professional
• Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and professionalism

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old
• Valid class 5 driver's license required + clean 3 year abstract
• Ability to lift 70-85+ lbs repeatedly
• Weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation
• Team-oriented attitude
• No junk removal experience needed. We train you.
• Schedule :
• 4-5 shifts per week
• 8-10 hour shifts
• Typical start times are 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
