Bilingual Delfina Doula (Based in San Joaquin County, California)

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis
• Ensure patient's engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers
• Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organization

Requirements

• DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified
• Medicaid (Medi-Cal) approved is a plus
• Strong communication and conversational skills
• Experience with Web and mobile technologies
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must have
• Telehealth experience is a plus
• Ideally based in San Joaquin County
• Compensation: $30-35 USD per hour
• The compensation range for this part-time employment position represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. Candidates who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted compensation range.
