We collaborate with our service delivery teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative completions tools. Partner with the best The role is responsible for maintenance, assembly and manufacturing. You will provide specialist support in a variety of technical duties to support the maintenance and reliability initiatives of the organization. You will work on a range of Completions and intervention tools within the limit of proven competence. As AMO Mechanic, you will be responsible for: Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices. Assisting with activities to ensure repairs, scheduled and preventive maintenance on factory equipment are completed on-time and safely. Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting knowledge. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have diploma or any relevant degree or relevant experience in completions tools Have 3-4 years maintenance related experience in mechanical function Have previous experience with Baker Hughes (preferred) Display a mechanical aptitude and experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and be able to develop solutions Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
