- Experience you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering in electronics, medical device, automotive, pharmaceutical, or precision manufacturing environments using statistical methods and root cause analysis to improve process capability.
- Experience applying statistical methods and tools, including statistical process control (SPC) and measurement system analysis (MSA), and performing data analysis using Minitab or similar statistical software.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), develop and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and lead large scale continuous improvement events (Kaizen, GEMBA).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- Experience that would be great to have:
- Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or ISO 9001 quality systems experience.
- Hands-on experience check/statement production validation.
- Background in auditing processes and outputs for compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software, and basic understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Experience with PCI DSS considerations for printed payment materials and secure document destruction processes.
