We are seeking a proactive and driven SHEQ Advisor to support and enhance Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality standards across multiple sites. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be instrumental in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with operational teams, providing guidance, delivering SHEQ messages, and supporting best practices across the business.

Responsibilities

• Drive continual improvement in Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant SHEQ legislation and company policies
• Conduct accident, incident, and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions
• Deliver SHEQ briefings and promote safe working behaviours across multiple sites
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Work collaboratively with teams to embed a positive safety culture

Requirements

• Essential Skills and Experience
• NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working across multi-site environments
• Proven ability to deliver SHEQ messages and influence safety behaviours
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Desirable
• Experience within a hire, engineering, or industrial environment
• Familiarity with environmental and quality management systems
