About the Team & How We Work Miter is building a suite of apps for contractors - and we need founders to build them. This is not a traditional PM role. As App Founder, you'll own a new app from zero: choosing the problem, finding the customers, building the prototype, and growing it into a $10M+ ARR business. You'll work with a tiny team at first (often just you and another engineer), supported by Miter's platform, customer base, and GTM team. You'll report directly to the Head of Product and have visibility with the ELT. Think of it like being a seed-stage founder - with the distribution advantages of a scaling company behind you.
