Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Pack incoming orders accurately to meet customer specifications and delivery schedules
• Pick and pack daily orders according to requests to maintain efficient order fulfillment
• Receive, check, relabel, and pack products to ensure correct inventory handling and product presentation
• Monitor stock levels to maintain healthy inventory and prevent shortages
• Participate in stock take activities to verify inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to support warehouse operations and adapt to changing tasks as needed
• Handle products containing alcohol content safely by following all relevant handling procedures
• Maintain physical stamina to stand for long hours during packing tasks
• Required competencies and certifications
• Communicate effectively in English by understanding, speaking, reading, and writing in the workplace
• Maintain physical fitness to stand for extended periods and safely perform warehouse tasks
• Safely handle product materials by being non-allergic to fragrances and essential oil components
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Apply attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and inventory management
• Demonstrate flexibility to assist in various warehouse areas as needed to support team goals
• Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity, eagerness to learn, and a strong team spirit to contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Show willingness to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
