We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Electrical Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of electrical installations in various construction projects throughout the region. Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, panels, lighting, and power systems, to verify compliance with project specifications, local codes, and industry standards Oversee testing, commissioning, and energization of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety Review contractor shop drawings and submittals to confirm alignment with project specifications Identify, document, and report non-conformances, coordinating with contractors and engineers to implement corrective actions Collaborate with other inspectors and disciplines to resolve electrical system integration issues Maintain detailed inspection reports, logs, and records for quality assurance and compliance tracking Witness and document critical tests, such as pressure tests, leak tests, and system start-ups Verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and equipment installations to confirm adherence to project specifications Provide guidance and recommendations to contractors and project teams to ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards Stay updated on local and international electrical codes and regulations Travel to various project sites within the Riyadh region as required Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience in electrical inspection or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installation practices Extensive experience with local Saudi Arabian electrical codes and construction methods Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reports Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within the region
