  • What You Have
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
  • Successful completion of an accredited endodontics residency program
  • Current, active dental license in the state where you will practice (Virginia and Washington, DC)
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Board certification in Endodontics (preferred)
  • Technical proficiency with CBCT imaging and digital treatment planning tools
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and staying current on clinical advancements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and reassure patients in a calm, clear manner
