About the role
As a BDR at G2, you own the top of the funnel for our sales team. You're not filling a support role. You're building a pipeline that directly drives revenue. Requirements
- Required:
- 0-1.5 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or any role that
- required you to persuade strangers to take action
- Comfortable with rejection; cold outreach is core to this role, not a side task
- Strong written and verbal communication; Self-directed and organized - you manage your own pipeline, hit your own numbers,
- and don't need hand-holding
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Groove, Apollo, Claude, Dust, ChatGPT Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of the B2B software buying process
