Responsibilities

The Contributing Artist Program (CAP) enables artists worldwide to contribute original artwork to the Cricut Design Space library and earn compensation based on usage. The program plays a key role in expanding and diversifying content for Cricut members. We are looking for a proactive, execution-focused Associate Program Manager to support and grow CAP. This role requires someone who can independently manage workflows, drive projects from idea to execution, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment. You'll work closely with CAP artists, Production Artists, and cross-functional partners across product, content, and engineering, and will need to be comfortable working across both creative and technical workflows.
