The Workforce Planning/Resource Coordinator will be responsible for the following job duties: Provide day-to-day talent management support to the Manager and assigned project leadership. Coordinate partner candidate CV submissions to approved roles, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation and orientation for new team members. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records for project staff in accordance with corporate and legal requirements. Assist with tracking training, certifications and mandatory orientations. Support preparation of HR-related reports and metrics for the assigned project(s). Skill gap identification and resource plan tracking. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following combination of skills and experience: College diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in related HR or Workforce Planning/Resource Planning, preferably supporting project-based or construction environments. Experience with HRIS systems, onboarding and maintaining personnel records. Initiative, and willingness to engage in a hands-on environment are essential. Ability to travel to project sites across the GTHA is essential.
