About the role

Ogilvy One Vietnam is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to support both client servicing and martech-driven project delivery across key accounts: 🔹Working closely with the (Senior) Account Manager and Business Development Manager (tech/PM), you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day execution across integrated campaigns, CRM initiatives, and platform-based solutions. 🔹 This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, highly organized, and eager to grow at the intersection of account management, project coordination, and martech execution.

Responsibilities

  • Client Servicing & Account Support (30%)
  • 🔹Support the Account Manager in day-to-day client communication, ensuring timely responses and clear follow-ups.
  • 🔹Track client requests, feedback, and approvals across multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail.
  • 🔹Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and contact reports to maintain alignment.
  • 🔹Build strong working relationships with clients through reliability, responsiveness, and quality delivery.
  • Martech Coordination & Execution (30%)
  • 🔹Work closely with the Business Development Manager to support execution of CRM, loyalty, and platform-based initiatives.
  • 🔹Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (tech vendors, media, data, content, creators) to ensure smooth rollout of campaigns and features.
  • 🔹Assist in managing day-to-day operations of tech and digital platforms (e.g. basic QA, user flow checks, creator recruitment processes).
  • 🔹Support performance tracking by compiling reports and contributing to ongoing optimization efforts.
  • 🔹Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation across systems and workflows.
  • Integrated Project Coordination (30%)
  • 🔹Coordinate across internal teams (strategy, creative, social, media, production, tech) to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • 🔹Translate briefs into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • 🔹Track project progress closely to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • 🔹Proactively flag risks, delays, or issues and support resolution with the team.
  • 🔹Support scope and budget tracking across projects.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement (10%)
  • 🔹Maintain organized documentation across projects, including timelines, scopes, workflows and paperwork tracking.
  • 🔹Identify opportunities to improve ways of working, especially across cross-functional collaboration.
  • 🔹Support development of case studies, credentials, and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 🔹 2-4 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or project coordination within an agency or tech-enabled environment.
  • 🔹Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications (IMC).
  • 🔹Exposure to CRM, loyalty, or digital platforms is preferred.
  • 🔹Comfortable working with data, reporting, and digital tools.
  • 🔹Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • 🔹Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong sense of ownership.
  • 🔹Good communication skills and ability to work across both business and technical teams.
