We're reinventing how to attract and hire quality talent at scale - come join us. We're seeking a Manager, Marketing Activation & Campaign Planning to lead the strategy, people, and performance behind two of the AIM organization's most critical marketing functions: activation management and integrated campaign planning across the Americas. This role is the single-threaded owner for how marketing support is prioritized, how campaigns are built and measured, and how the team scales its impact through automation, data-driven decisioning, and cross-functional orchestration. You directly manage a team of Marketing Activation Specialists and Campaign Planning, and you serve as the accountable owner for onboarding new internal clients in the Americas into the standard activation management process. You lead the team that helps thousands of people get a job every year. As a people leader and marketing strategist, you set the vision for how activation logic, campaign planning, override management, and performance optimization work together to drive fill rate outcomes at scale across US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and beyond. You force multiply through your team - coaching specialists and planners to operate independently, building mechanisms that reduce manual effort, and driving toward automated decisioning.
