Job Summary The QC Trainer is responsible for training, coaching, and certifying QC inspectors, operators, and new hires to ensure they are competent in performing quality inspection, identifying defect mode, handling and packing of wafers according to procedures, customer requirements and quality standards. He/she will also support training documentation, certification tracking, audit preparation, and continuous improvement activities to strengthen QC operators competency and reduce quality-related errors. The candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, good in coaching and able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English. Responsibilities - Incumbent is required to work in a cleanroom environment. Train & Coach: Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and refresher courses for QC operators. Certify: Verify operator skills and maintain all certification and training records. Quality Control: Teach SOPs, cleanroom rules, ESD controls, 5S, and defect modes. Audit Support: Ensure training documentation complies with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards. Preferred competencies and qualifications Education: NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or related fields. Experience: Background as a QC Trainer, Senior Inspector, or Line Leader. Industry: Experience in Wafer Sort / CP / Wafer Probing / IC Testing is highly preferred. Skills: Knowledge of 8D, OCAP, or quality management systems is an advantage. Shift: Ability to work in a cleanroom and support shift/overtime when needed.
