- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills for logging production data and reviewing instructions.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and meet production deadlines
