Responsibilities
- Training Administration & Programme Coordination
- Administer and coordinate leadership development and training programmes from planning to execution.

- Assist in the annual planning and administration of overseas learning and development initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management & Administrative Support
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, training providers, and supporting departments to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Prepare management papers, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for learning and development activities and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Learning & Development, Public Administration, Education, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Administration, HR Operations, Programme Management, Training Coordination, or Administrative Support.
- Experience coordinating training programmes, workshops, seminars, learning initiatives, or employee development programmes.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and project coordination skills.
- Experience in budget tracking, reporting, claims processing, or finance administration will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written communication skills with experience preparing reports, submissions, or management papers.
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Public Sector, Education, Government Agencies, Statutory Boards, or Learning & Development environments will be advantageous.
