Responsibilities

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UX design projects, particularly those within the public sector.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
  • Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Desirable Skills & Certifications:
  • Certification in UCD, such as the International Professional Certification in User Experience (Ipcux), is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with IBM
