We are now hiring a Junior Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The Junior Learning Experience Designer supports the design of brand-enhancing, world-class development solutions that align with business priorities and DU EMEA's standards of excellence and design methodology. In this role, you will act as a key member of the Content function to drive the creation of relevant and useful learning content. This is a unique opportunity for professional growth and individual development in a truly international environment. Role description Learning needs analysis and reviews Support the analysis of learning needs and programme reviews to identify business, people and client requirements. Prepare review reports with recommendations for programme improvements. Where appropriate, support in presenting review findings to relevant stakeholders. Learning design and project execution Design and develop learning experiences using established templates and methods, adapting templates when needed. Begin to apply learning science and evidence-based approaches in your designs. Develop a solid understanding of Deloitte's business priorities and target participant environments. Use technology tools e.g GenAI approved tools to enhance learning design, following agreed standards, templates, methodology. Liaise with delivery teams, senior designers and curriculum managers to align design and delivery plans with the 3‑year calendar. Gather input from relevant stakeholders as part of the (re)design process. Support the prototyping, piloting and handover of refreshed or redesigned programmes. Contribute to project planning, tracking and reporting; support management of project elements or workstreams and lead discrete tasks. Support evaluation activities, analyse evaluation data under guidance and suggest improvements. Collaboration and stakeholder engagement Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external contacts to stay informed of developments in learning design. Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, content, curriculum, delivery, communications) and, where relevant, provide guidance on content and design aspects. Engage with internal and external subject matter experts, learning teams and vendors as required, supporting vendor selection and stakeholder interactions.
