Más información sobre el puesto: The Digital Strategist serves as the analytical, strategic, and operational backbone of our communications team. In this role, you will go beyond traditional social media management to develop and execute integrated digital strategies that strengthen brand reputation, increase audience engagement, and support business objectives. Leveraging emerging technologies, data analytics, and digital platforms, you will identify growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and ensure that client narratives are consistently and effectively integrated across the digital ecosystem. The Digital Strategist will bring a comprehensive understanding of digital channels, collaborating closely with creative, media, content, and technical teams to align efforts under a unified strategy that drives measurable results, maximizes Return on Investment (ROI), and reinforces our clients' leadership and visibility in the marketplace. Actividades que desempeñarás: Research & Consumer Analysis (Investigación y análisis): Evaluate the brand's online and social media positioning, perform comprehensive competitor analysis, and deeply study target audience behavior to uncover actionable insights. Campaign Design & Strategic Planning (Diseño del plan): Define the strategic roadmap, selecting the most effective digital platforms and determining the specific types of content that will best connect with and engage users. Campaign Execution & Experiential Strategy: Orchestrate and execute comprehensive digital and influencer marketing campaigns, interactive social media activations, and physical/digital social media installations that bridge the gap between PR events and online engagement. Source, negotiate with, and manage digital influencers and brand advocates, ensuring their content aligns with broader PR goals and remains brand compliant. Resource & Team Management (Gestión de recursos): Coordinate and align cross-functional teams-including creators, copywriters, designers, and media specialists-ensuring everyone works cohesively under a single, unified strategy. Audience Targeting & Acquisition : Identify, build, and generate highly targeted audience segments to drive new users and community growth across all client digital platforms, with a specific, strategic focus on high-growth channels like TikTok. Data-Driven Strategy & ROI Optimization (Análisis de datos - KPIs): Develop data-driven strategies and make in-depth, actionable recommendations based on a strong grasp of digital analytics. Constantly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, adjusting tactics in real-time to guarantee campaign optimization and a strong Return on Investment (ROI). Trend Analysis & Future Strategy : Monitor market trends, digital developments, and customer and cultural insights, working cross-functionally across the PR, creative, and client teams to translate these findings into future digital strategies, platform roadmaps, and proactive brand campaigns. Client Relations & Reporting: Participate in weekly client meetings and act as the digital lead, presenting updated digital status reports that highlight KPIs, insights, and strategic next steps.
