- Deep knowledge of GAV/NAV calculation on fund vehicles and/or Fund of Fund experience
- Proven leadership experience with ability to operate independently and think critically
- Client-facing exposure with strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Track record of driving transformation (automation, process improvement, efficiency gains)
- Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Advent Geneva system
- Credit and Private Equity fund structures expertise
