About the role

The Global Excellence Team is part of our Geoscience Business Line and plays a key role in supporting the growth of our global business through strategic insights and the effective use of business data. As a CRM & Digital Transformation Intern , you will collaborate with a multinational team on initiatives supporting the rollout of our new CRM platform. In this role, you will contribute to driving user adoption, ensuring high data quality, and supporting the deployment of next-generation, AI-powered capabilities. The team is composed of a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals based in Massy, France, working together to support global operations. Responsibilities

  • CRM Adoption & System Upkeep
  • Support global rollout activities of the new CRM.
  • Track user adoption and help monitor data quality and maintain data accuracy in the system.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across business lines to ensure consistency.
  • Internal Communication for CRM Rollout
  • Contribute to internal communication plans to drive awareness and adoption of the new CRM.
  • Support communication materials preparation and keep up to date user guides, newsletters, release notes, FAQs, and training content.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, webinars, and feedback collection from end-users.
  • Reports & Dashboards Automation
  • Support the design, enhancement, and automation of CRM dashboards and performance reports.
  • Assist in gathering reporting requirements and building insights for CRM users.
  • AI Implementation & Scaling within the CRM
  • Contribute to the deployment of AI features within the CRM and support user adoption
  • Assist in testing AI capabilities and collecting user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Help document AI use cases and support their scaling across regions and business lines.

Requirements

  • Student in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong interest in CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus), digital transformation, and AI applications.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to synthesize and present information clearly.
  • Analytical mindset and good command of Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Curious, proactive, organized, and comfortable working with international stakeholders.
