Supervisory Management Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the STRATEGIC PLANNING BRANCH, BUSINESS & STRATEGIC PLANNING OFFICE of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing supervision to a team of analysts and leading complex analytical studies to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you must have experience in managing organizational programs and providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Also responsible for all shipyard business policy matters, including strategic planning, business analysis, marketing strategies and related position management analyses, organizational planning, long-range manpower studies, and operational performance.
